The seasons that we experience throughout the year each have different impacts on our wellness and our energy.

Spring is the time of new beginnings, a chance to prepare and plan. During the summer we want to be out and about and feel more energised to grow. When autumn arrives, we feel a greater sense to deliver what we have been working towards and release. In winter, we want to hibernate and spend the cooler months reflecting and restoring.
