Create ease and flow in your life

As we bravely progress through 2022, dodging lockdowns, isolation, illnesses and rebuilding our work and social lives, please take a moment to pause and tune into your wellbeing.

Our fight/flight instincts have been running on overdrive since the beginning of the pandemic. While this is a natural response to the stress that we faced, as a result, we can feel more on edge, fearful and anxious.

Now is a great time to reset ourselves to the present day, to help us move with ease throughout our day and elevate our wellbeing. myhaventime is designed to support you to create ease and flow in your life. Try this practice to help you consciously improve your wellbeing:

Reflect in your myhaventime journal and ask yourself,
  1. When do I feel the most at ease?
  2. When do I feel the most at dis-ease?
  3. Where do I feel blocked, stagnated, or overwhelmed?
  4. What is one new habit you can create to add more ease and improve your wellbeing?

Tune into your body and let it communicate to you what is best for you and what is not. When you listen deeply and align your head, heart, and gut you achieve alignment and life coherence.  When we have more ease in ourselves, we project this to our teams, families, and world. When we are calmer, we are more creative and constructive. There are many reasons to improve our wellbeing, live consciously and be all you can be.

Our blog, ‘Harness The Power Of 3 To Reflect, Release and Renew’, is a great resource if you’re looking for some help to unpack what causes you ease and dis-ease. Working through the practice of reflecting, releasing and renewing will help you pay attention to yourself, heal and get centred again.

Create calm through habit-building

Creating daily habits and rituals are helpful ways to allow you to feel centred and calm. When we identify what makes us feel most at ease, we can think about ways to incorporate them into our weekly routine.

The myhaventime habit tracker can be used daily to help you set goals, form habits and achieve them. Capturing your progress allows you to keep on track so that your new habits flow seamlessly into your life.
